Why would you let your dog get in this state??

Could you live with the fact your dog had been allowed to get into this state?

Tessa was found wandering by the dog warden. She is about 9 years old with a fabulous temperament but in such a poor state and only has one ear.

The matts were taken off straight away which were urine soaked and riddled with faeces around the rear. They weighed a total of 0.9kg. Imagine that weight hanging of bits of your skin all over your body.

She is now matt free, clean and a lot lot happier.
