We have received very sad news today that Hope the Akita is no longer with us. After such a promising start and landing on her feet in a beautiful part of Wales she suddenly became ill and after veterinary investigation she was found to have a tumour in her throat. She had a wonderful few weeks with her new owner Doreen. Playing on the sand, paddling in the sea and sleeping on her bed. We send lots of love to Doreen for giving her the best time of her life however short it was. They shared a wonderful, happy and loving time together. Many thanks Doreen, you made a sad and tired dog very happy. xxxxThis picture was taken on the day Hope was found. You can see how tired and shabby she looked. Her eyes and skin were so sore.
