Many Tears Animals Rescue takes in ex breeding dogs and those in pounds or no longer wanted by their owners. They also have a small cat rescue centre.

Vets
If your your pet is not already registered with a vet then please consider doing so. It is important to have your pet checked annually and vaccinated.
They now have 3 surgeries covering Blackburn, Hyndburn & Darwen. They are a fantastic vets and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dog Training
It is important to have a good relationship with your dog and have at least the basic skills instilled in your dog but you can do so much more!!! Consider joining this club. They have fantastic facilities, great ethics and fabulous results. You and your dog will have so much fun, neither of you will be disappointed.
A centre of excellence Waggawuffins is based in Bury Town Centre just at the Back of the Landrover Garage off Bell Lane, just 2 minutes from the M66. Unit 2 Britannia Mill, Samuel Street, Bury, BL9 6AW The centre has a 3000sqft secure training area which is covered with waterpoof non slip rubber flooring. There is a buzzer controlled lobby entrance for security and safety, reception/shop area covered in safety flooring, quiet area, office, kitchen and toilets.
